Welcome to jpthomemedia.com an affiliate marketing website based in the United Kingdom. The following policy outlines our practices concerning affiliate marketing and how we generate income through affiliate links. By using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Affiliate Links and Commissions
Our website participates in affiliate marketing programs, which means we may earn commissions on purchases made through affiliate links. These links direct users to third-party retailer websites, and if a purchase is made, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to the buyer.
2. Affiliate Program Participation
We partner with various companies, including but not limited to retailers and manufacturers of electric cycles and related products. These affiliate programs are designed to promote their products and services, and we may earn a commission for referrals or purchases made through the links provided on our website.
3. Transparency
We are committed to transparency in all affiliate relationships. Whenever an affiliate link is used in our content, we will disclose that we may receive compensation if you click on the link and make a purchase. This disclosure will be clear and conspicuous in compliance with the UK’s legal guidelines for affiliate marketing, including the guidelines established by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
4. Independence
The presence of affiliate links does not influence the editorial content or recommendations made on our website. We strive to provide unbiased, informative, and valuable content to our readers. Our opinions and product reviews are based on our personal experience and research. However, we cannot be held responsible for the quality, performance, or availability of the products or services offered by third-party websites.
5. Liability
Jpthomemedia.com does not guarantee the accuracy, performance, or suitability of the products or services purchased through third-party retailers. Any issues or concerns related to products purchased via our affiliate links should be directed to the respective retailers.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we engage in affiliate marketing.
